MINUTES

Representing MAY Management Services Patti Brown, Property Manager;  Debby Powers taking minutes. 
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The following slate of officers were unanimously elected:

President                                               Angela Diaz
Vice President                                       Hal Hitch
Treasurer                                               Tommy Reinheimer
Secretary                                                Tom Murta
Director at Large                                   Craig King

It was noted that Craig King has missed three meetings and may no longer be interested.  Tom Murta will ask him.   

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Tommy Reinheimer moved to accept the November 13, 2006 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes as presented.  The motion was seconded and unanimously carried.

NEW BUSINESS
Tommy Reinheimer asked to pay close attention to the expenses and that perhaps some expenses should be reclassified to replacement reserves. 

Angela Diaz stated that there are still a lot of irrigation repairs and asked that they be tracked. Patti Brown reported that Turfection should be done with mulching today. 

ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
