| Sawmill Lakes is a small private community geographically located
in the heart of old Palm Valley. Construction within this private community commenced in
February 1996. Completed during the summer of 2001, it has 371 homes
and boasts thirteen freshwater lakes and ponds, natural preserves and marshes.
Our community amenties include a large swimming pool, clubhouse, recreation field,
basketball and field hockey courts. Nestled quietly between the Guana Preserve, the
Intracoastal Waterway and just two miles to the shores of the Atlantic Ocean our residents
enjoy the benefits of nature's beauty. |
