If the homeowner does not have access to a computer, payments can also by made by phone at 866.289.5977.  The information provided by the homeowner, through creating a login or paying by phone, must match the homeowner’s name and property address as we have it listed in our database. There are transaction fees that the homeowner making the payment will incur.  There is NO cost to the SML association!
