Please note per Article VII, Section 10 of the C & R's any and all exterior changes must be submitted for approval.  Please also note that the ARC shall have the power to promulgate such rules and regulations, as it deems necessary to carry out the provisions and intent of this Section, as long as the BOD approves them.   Click the link below to view specific guidelines for some of the most common changes/additions:
