Architectural Review Committee

ARC meetings are scheduled on the first Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m. at the Sawmill Lakes Community Center.

ARC Guidelines for some of the most common requests.

June 11, 2008: The Board of Directors for Sawmill Lakes Maintenance Association has approved revised ARC Guidelines as of June 10, 2008. Please note that these changes apply to the entire community and that there are no “grandfather” clause in affect for owners prior to this date. The revisions also cover pre-approved items as long as they meet the criteria. The ARC forms should also be used for pre-approved items for the record.
